What is your opinion?

Rock Band all the way.
RB has better graphics than GH3 Anyways.

Gameplay goes straight to rock band. I mean, come on, 4 instruments?
Graphics are another Rock Band vote, GH3's graphics (plus that singer with a giant jaw) were nothing to be proud of.
Songs was a tie in my book. The Rock Band songs definitely aim to all general rock, while GH3 was leaning more on metal. I love Metal, but then RB has a way bigger song selection, leaving the songs more playable.
GH3 takes the cake on this one. While my whammy bar from GH3 didn't hold long, it held longer than my drumset and my fender combined.
Overall, rock band takes it all. I still consider GH2 to be better than GH3, GH3 was just about getting everyones hand it a knot and making us tired of not being able to relax on even one enjoyable song. I mean even Barracuda keeps you paying attention. I just wanna play the songs for fun, such as Message in a Bottle on GH2.

But, thats my views. Curious to see other peoples

Harmonix games take the cake.

All the games are good.
In order:
1. Rock Band (complete experience. Fun fretted songs. Great for parties)
2. Guitar Hero II (Besides RB, best songlist. Songs are very fun to play)
3. Guitar Hero 3 (Okay songlist, not the best. Like the battles, but fretting just doesnt seem any fun.)
4. Gutiar Hero (Aged, but still has songs that are more fun than GH3. No ability for Bass or Lead)

The only advantage GH has is hardware reliability and a couple of my favorite songs are in GH3. Other than that RB brutally murders it in every way.

i do like both games, and both for different reasons. personally if i were just playing alone. i think guitar hero will come up more often than Rockband. for having people over..Rockband without even thinking about. i do like how i can play guitar and sing by myself and not have to get mad at my friends for sucking...i like that option as well...both games are more than fun and i love my plastic instrument games!
