Is this allowed? Someone I know charted a drum track to Raining Blood and I was wondering if I could post it up.
Also, while I'm on the topic, can we upload .ogg files to a sharing site and then post the link here?

Unfortunately, no. I don't want to compete with GH/RB
Therefore we do not allow GH/RB songs to be hosted on this forum.

i guess thats fine... just dont include the stuff that came with the game or anything that replaces what came with the game (e.g. guitar/bass).
Eventually i want to support playing the GH/RB stuff straight from the disc because I want to support sales of GH and RB. Except GH3. It's a poser. I wont host em but i wouldnt mind seein em.

Yeah I wasn't planning on it, maybe for my own use but the file that I would put up would just be of charts not in the game like Raining Blood Drums or Cowboys From Hell Bass.
Also, cool news with the playing off the disc stuff.

i swear i thought of that idea, and was in the middle of putting it in my feature request along with the one where i wanted to play songs and audio from a disk, but i figured people would just be like "fuck that just put it in your ps2"
